If you are looking for a home in the Iowa City Area, I would love to help you find a property to call home. I have been assisting buyers and sellers for almost 25 years. Iowa City is the home of the UIHC Medical facility and the University of Iowa which makes this area a bustling place. The housing market reflects the activity in the area. Helping you understand and navigate this market is very important.

As to this area - I love Iowa City! And the surrounding communities. Lots of restaurants, music, walking and biking trails, shopping, and community activities. You will love the vibe of the "ped mall" in downtown Iowa City. College students, grad students, and Iowa City area residents enjoy the pedestrian sidewalks, businesses, outdoor dining, and countless shops. There is always something going on "on the ped mall" and in every other community in the area. Local breweries, local artist, local fun.
