If you are looking for a home in the Iowa City Area, I would love to help you find a property to call home. I have been assisting buyers and sellers for almost 20 years. Iowa City is a university town with a large medical facility which makes the housing market unique from other small cities. Helping you understand and navigate this market is my job.
I really enjoy the home buying and selling process. Using my professional training and experience to make this a positive experience for you is my goal. As to this area - I love Iowa City! Lots of restaurants, music, walking and biking trails, shopping, and community activities. You will love the vibe of the "ped mall" in downtown Iowa City. College students, grad students, and Iowa City area residents enjoy the pedestrian sidewalks, businesses, outdoor dining, and countless shops. There is always something going on "on the ped mall" and in every other community in the area. Local breweries, local artist, local fun.
